We are actively seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Director of Sales with a demonstrated track record in the aerospace, aviation, and defense industries.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace sales, including avionics, defense, space, and OEM industry, and a deep passion for the aerospace sector. An ability to travel, a bachelor's degree or an associate degree, or a pilot experience certificate is essential.

Based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota and Holland, Ohio, our company has a rich tradition of designing and manufacturing cutting-edge aircraft electronic systems for the aerospace and defense industry. As a globally recognized leader in avionics technology, we have recently experienced significant growth due to our innovative data management systems on aircraft.
We are now looking for a dynamic Director of Sales to help us continue this upward trajectory.
Responsibilities:
Execute strategic sales initiatives in the aerospace sector, with a particular focus on avionics products and services.
Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the internal team to develop effective sales strategies. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand market presence.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
Qualifications: -
Minimum 5 years of experience in aerospace sales, preferably in avionics. Bachelor's degree, associate's degree, or pilot experience certificate.
Genuine passion for the aerospace industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as needed.
