Our CAM's place the highest emphasis on positive response to the concerns and needs of Association Board Members and Homeowners.
ResponsibilitiesRun the day-to-day operations of all aspects of a portfolio of communities to ensure excellent servicePrepare and solicit bids, provide comparisons, and monitor all maintenance programs relating to the property and aesthetic appearance of the property, building strong relationships with vendorsAct as a liaison for all resolutions of the property, utilizing sound business judgment to resolve issues and conflictsManage individual account information with the utmost confidentiality, communicating professionally both oral and written information effectivelyDevelop and monitor property budgets on a timely basis in a manner that supports the financial expectations of the Board and AssociationCoordinate, negotiate and issue vendor contracts for property services in accordance with the management agreementPrepare a monthly board package to the Board of Directors consisting of a management report outlining actions required, proposals, correspondence and financial reportingPreparing for and conducting association meetingsDaily use of company software (CINC), Word and Excel documents for communication, organization and detailed follow-throughQualifications2+ years of experience managing a community associationProject management experienceKnowledgeable with State Statutes and be proficient with understanding and executing the requirements of the governing documents of an associationComputer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)Experience in Association Software such as CINC is a plus Compensation:
