    Description

    The Training Manager is responsible for developing learning and development strategies for companies. Their duties include assessing necessary skills, vetting Trainers, and implementing training strategies.

    Training Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

    Training Managers are responsible for assessing the skills, performance, productivity, and talents of employees in a company and preparing written evaluations with advice for improvement.

    Some of their typical daily duties include:

    • Existing training programs: suggest enhancement and modifications to improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or meet the changing needs of our client, the organization, or the industry.
    • Ensure training materials and programs are current, accurate, and effective.
    • Create new training materials that can enhance the companys training procedures while providing value to employees.
    • Future training needs and create a curriculum to facilitate that training with the client, management, trainers, and team members to ensure that all needs are met.
    • Trainers training sessions and conduct one-on-one feedback.
    • In training/or setting up leadership development programs for lower-level employees.
    • problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry. developments that training could improve or facilitates required and recommended training sessions with vendors and third-party training providers to arrange employee. registration for and participation in outside training program training milestones and goals are met, other related duties as assigned with staffing.
    • Training needs and requirements for the company by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments.
