Job Description
A prestigious HVAC company who has been in the industry for over 30 years is currently searching for HVAC Service Technician to join our team in a full-time capacity.
Duties and Responsibilities:
● Proficiency in understanding residential and light commercial HVAC operations
● Ability to demonstrate punctuality
● Demonstrate Respect, Compassion and Integrity when communicating with clients
● Diagnose HVAC systems and their components
● Maintain effective working relationships and professional communication with
colleagues, property managers, and general public, etc.
● Ability to work with little supervision at different locations
● Applied understanding of HVAC operations & system controls
● Perform routine maintenance on residential heating and air conditioning systems
● Operate a variety of hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and conduct
maintenance and repairs on furnaces, coils, and condenser units etc.
● Ability to communicate recommendations and services
● Demonstrate the ability to perform tasks in a timely manner in accordance with
our quality and safety standards
● Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements.
● Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
● Must be able to pass regular drug testing; be open to background checks
● Must be willing to work after hours and occasional weekends and holidays
● Must have excellent customer service skills
● Basic mechanical aptitude, and ability to perform regular manual labor
● Be able to learn by observation and hands-on experience
● Follow routine verbal and written instructions
● Have effective communication skills with coworkers, management, and customers
● Be open to learning new things and applying them quickly
● 2+ year experience as an HVAC Service Technician
● Valid US Driver's License
● Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams.
● Ability to handle a physical workload.
● Strong Problem solving and critical thinking skills.
● Must be EPA certified.
● Capable of emergency service and repair.
● Strong communication, sales and customer service skills
● Proficiency with mobile devices (e.g. tablets, smart phones and/or other devices as required)
We cover Orange County, L.A County, and the Inland Empire. Our work consists of residential, commercial, and industrial job sites. We do service, install, and repair for Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning systems.
Job Type: Full-time
