Besser Bros is one of the longest standing and most reputable Garage Door Installation and Service Company's currently in our 45th year Serving Southern California.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, repairing and maintaining our Customers Garage Doors and Operators AND ensuring 100% CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. ALL calls are electronically dispatched, our technicians are issued with Company I-Pads, Company Vehicles and Clothing.

We are seeking highly motivated, presentable and technically inclined people who have had a minimum of two (2) years experience within our Industry.

Our minimum requirements for this position are as follows:

• A minimum of two (2) years experience within our Industry
• Valid Drivers License and CLEAN DMV
• Ability to pass Background Check and Drug Screen
• Physically able to lift 5075lbs, climb up and down and work off a 12' ladder
• A POSITIVE ATTITUDE and we willing to work as a team
