Your responsibilities:

  • Integration of multifunctional office systems into our customers' IT infrastructure
  • Implementation, customization and configuration of software solutions in the field of document management
  • Technical and professional support for end users and service technicians at the service desk in the areas of software and network technology
  • Training of users on the functions of the system solutions
  • Troubleshooting and maintenance of installed system solutions
  • Technical field support for service technicians in the areas of software and network technology
  • On-site support and consultation for customers
  • Close collaboration with our internal software development department

Your profile:
