We offer creative and accurate solutions to customer problems through phone, chat, and self-ticketing.

Your accountabilities will include:

  • Support customer inbound requests through various channels.
  • Provide quick solutions to ensure customer productivity.
  • Maintain knowledge of relevant environments and support policies.
  • Assist in developing a problem resolution knowledgebase.
  • Available for After Hours support on weeknights and weekends.
  • Document all calls in the ticketing program.

Availability:

  • Must be flexible with work hours.
  • Occasional After-Hours support on weeknights and weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Two-year technical degree or equivalent work experience required.
  • Previous experience in a service desk environment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to support MacOS & JamF Apple Device Management.

Licenses:

  • A+ certification preferred.
  • Microsoft, Apple Certified Support Professional, HDI, KCS, and ITIL certifications a plus.

Knowledge, Skills & Technology:

  • MAGIC Training or previous customer service training desired.
  • Experience with desktop applications and browsers.
  • Familiarity with various tech tools and hardware support.
  • Mobile device support experience.
  • Minimum typing speed of 40WPM.

Pay Range:

$30.07 Hourly

This hiring range is an estimate of the base pay for this position.

Pay is based on various factors including knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
