    Description
    Job DescriptionResponsibilities

    • Manage banking operations and ensure it is performed in accordance with the US/Canada/LatAm regulations Responsible for cash positioning and cash management activities, including cash position reconciliation, bank reporting, bank platform administration and controls
    • Drive and support initiatives to optimize banking architecture, bank fee structure and cash management processes
    • Manage intercompany relationships and settlements Report to senior management on current cash positions and anticipated changes to cash flows
    • Create robust short-term cash flow forecasting processes Work closely with internal groups including Accounting, Tax, and Legal, on Treasury related projects Collaborate with our financial systems teams to establish and maintain treasury technology solutions Implement remedial changes to tighten and enhance controls and mitigate risk; refine and document Treasury processes and procedures Handle ad-hoc Treasury projects and presentations for Treasury Lead, mentor, and develop a growing team of Treasury professionals Requirements:RequirementsRequirements: 8 years experience in global corporate treasury Experience working at a technology company is highly desirableStrong familiarity with merchant payment processors and systemsEuropean and US Treasury management experience is preferredTreasury Management System (TMS) experienceStrong communication skills, ability to multitask, and high attention to detailA strong understanding of financial and operational controlsExperience in a fast-paced start-up or large multinationalTeam Player, high level of dependability and strong work ethic Enthusiastic, self-starter with the ability to work independentlyCTP a plusBenefitsEligible to participate in bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of compYou will also be eligible for various benefits
