    Scentsy is looking for an

    Email Marketing Communications Specialist


    to strategize and execute the company's email marketing initiatives through managing the global marketing email program and supporting key Consultant communication channels to enhance audience visibility, boost conversion rates, and propel overall business growth.

    What You Will Do:
    Plan, create, and organize digital email marketing strategies connecting Consultant and customer communication platforms to essential digital spaces, emphasizing email and other specific digital channels as needed
    Collaborate cross-functionally to design and execute a global email marketing strategy aligned with Consultant and corporate calendars, broader business objectives, and marketing plans to ensure positive user experiences
    Provide insights to shape global strategies and plans for marketing automation, audience targeting, and personalized digital experiences to boost engagement, revenue, and lifetime value (LTV)
    Support product and program launches via email and various communication channels, ensuring alignment with brand strategies and informed by best practices and data insights
    Collaborate with marketing teams to nurture leads from lead generation campaigns, execute product launches and promotions seamlessly, and deliver quality content and collateral with Creative teams
    Establish and manage relationships with third-party vendors
    Perform all other assigned tasks and requirements as needed

    We're Looking For:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field
    2-5 years of proven marketing, email, and digital communications experience in a consumer goods, retail, B2B, or direct selling business
    2-3 years managing email and marketing communications for a consumer organization
    Strong understanding of email and targeted digital marketing techniques, including preference for personalization, marketing automation, CRM, and lifecycle marketing experience
    Experience with email marketing platforms such as Customer IO, Marketo, SendGrid, and proficiency in Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, or other data analysis tools is preferred
    Demonstrated experience aligning content and related cadence across digital platforms and building integrated digital marketing plans, frameworks, and execution plans
    Strong collaboration skills across diverse personalities, levels, and geographical regions, with the ability to actively contribute from strategy and planning through execution and analysis
    Proven ability to drive the creation and delivery of moderately complex strategies and plans, manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, and thrive in dynamic settings
    Comfortable operating in ambiguous situations, with strong conceptual thinking skills and the ability to develop and execute communications plans meeting success metrics on time and within budget
    Excellent written and oral communication skills, along with strong presentation abilities
