    Administrative Assistant

    Kansas City, MO

    Our client is seeking a skilled Administrative Assistant to provide essential support to our office, focusing on client assistance, database management, and schedule coordination. If you excel at organization and communication, thrive in a dynamic environment, and possess essential financial services experience, we'd love to hear from you

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and manage client account documentation efficiently.
    • Handle incoming calls professionally and promptly.
    • Arrange and manage appointment schedules.
    • Coordinate and ensure compliance adherence and submissions.
    • Deliver outstanding service to clients.
    • Collaborate with team members on various projects.

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Financial Services; background in Financial Services is required.
    • Demonstrated experience in assisting with money movement transactions.
    • Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
    • Proficient in administrative office duties.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
    • Familiarity with compliance regulations within Financial Services.
    • Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm - 100% in office role.
