Clerk (m/f/d) - Customer Service Location: Königsbach-Stein Employment type(s): Full-time Your responsibilities: * Customer service regarding delivery, on-time delivery, especially in terms of sales/capacity planning * Evaluation of customer delivery requests based on completed annual contracts * Coordination with production regarding delivery issues * Picking of goods * Escalation management * Invoicing of consignment warehouses Your profile: * Business administration degree or commercial training, ideally with experience in customer service or logistics * Strong communication and problem-solving skills * Fluent in German and English * Proficient in MS Office and SAP * Team player with a service-oriented mindset
