The Company's Total Rewards package is at or above industry levels. The expected base salary range for this position is between 118,944.00 USD - 156,114.00 USD. Job related skills, experience, education, and location will be considered in setting actual starting base salary.In addition to your base salary and depending on job level, eligibility, and performance, a total package may include profit sharing, a short-term incentive and/or long-term incentives.

THE ROLE
Based in San Francisco and reporting to the Manager of Commercial Brand Development of method + Ecover North America, the Commercial Brand Development Associate Manager plays a pivotal part in the organization.
You will help set strategy and work directly with every department on a day-to-day basis sales, brand experience, new product development, operations and finance to drive business results.
This is a hands-on role where your curiosity, initiative and energy level will have a direct impact on the business and the broader SC Johnson Lifestyle Brands organization.
The role has day-to-day exposure to both functional and company leadership teams.AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
The Commercial Brand Development Manager, method will:
Help develop annual business plans through market analyses, identifying new opportunity areas and anticipating challenges and/or creative solutions.
Be the champion of business health by analyzing sales data (Nielsen, shipment data) + partnering with internal and external sales teams to provide clear understanding of variances between results and the annual plan.
Lead cross functional teams to ideate and recommend new ideas and innovation across all consumer touch points including product, communications and shopping including e-commerce.
Analyze syndicated data (Nielsen), POS, market research and internal information to both monitor performance and make actionable business recommendations.Work with research partners to synthesize and act on trends and consumer insights to evolve product positioning and build new item launch plans.
Partner with the Brand Experience team to build effective, marketing support plans.Performs other related duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
5 years of experience in marketing/brand management at a consumer products company.
Bachelor's degree
Preferred:
MBA
Strong initiative and demonstrated leadership across functions and levels.
A fast-paced multi-tasking expert with strong cross-functional project management capabilities.
Strong analytical skills and strategic instinct.
High energy and passion for driving responsible business growth.
A team player, comfortable with ambiguity and managing multiple projects/deadlines.
Outstanding communication skills oral and written.
Experience analyzing and interpreting syndicated data.
