    As a Senior Tech Lead - Full Stack, you will create high-level solutions like user profile and notification services on internal platforms. If you thrive on leadership, problem-solving, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this position is tailored for you.

    Responsibilities:

    • Offer expertise in applications programming and ensure application design aligns with the overall architecture blueprint.
    • Engage in hands-on software development tasks – coding, code reviews, design documentation, etc.
    • Analyze intricate business and system processes as well as industry standards to define and devise solutions to high-level challenges.
    • Establish application methodologies and standards for program analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
    • Conduct profound analysis with interpretive thinking to identify issues and formulate innovative solutions.
    • Collaborate with UX/UI designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams for seamless integration of front-end and back-end components, and ensure continuous delivery and deployment of software solutions.
    • Detect and resolve performance bottlenecks, security vulnerabilities, and scalability concerns in full stack applications, applying optimization and efficiency best practices.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of experience in full stack application design and development utilizing technologies and frameworks such as:
      • Back-end: Spring, Spring boot, Java 11+, NodeJS, Hibernate, Design patterns: Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
      • Front-end JavaScript ES6+, HTMLS5, CSS3, working knowledge of Angular 13+ / React, Webpack, etc.
    • Proficiency in cloud computing technologies (AWS, Kubernetes, etc.) and micro-services architectures (server and front-end)
    • Familiarity with database technologies – both relational and document (NoSQL) based storage.
    • Experience in leading a development team and providing guidance on sound architecture and design principles, while ensuring software quality.
    • Conduct code reviews (Back-end Java) to maintain code hygiene.
    • Detail-oriented and adept at collaborating with diverse partner teams for project delivery.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree/University degree or equivalent practical experience
    • Master's degree is a plus.
