    Role: Marklogic Lead

    Location: Branchville, NJ (On-Site) & Remote

    Job Summary :

    We are seeking a Technical Lead (Sr. Associate - Projects) with 7-11 years of experience, specializing in MarkLogic.

    This role is pivotal in driving our projects to success, ensuring high-quality development and implementation of innovative solutions that meet our clients needs.

    The ideal candidate will leverage their MarkLogic expertise to lead our technical teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

    Experience : 6 to 10 yrs.

    Required Skills : Technical Skills : Mark Logic

    Technology : Master Data Management

    Roles & Responsibilities : -

    Lead the design and development of MarkLogic-based applications, ensuring they meet business requirements and are delivered on time. –

    Collaborate with project managers and other team members to define project scopes and objectives, providing technical guidance. –

    Oversee the integration of MarkLogic applications with other systems, ensuring seamless functionality. –

    Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to promote best practices in MarkLogic development. –

    Stay abreast of the latest MarkLogic features and updates, incorporating them into projects to enhance performance and functionality. –

    Ensure the security and integrity of MarkLogic databases and applications. –

    Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to MarkLogic implementations. –

    Provide expert advice on MarkLogic architecture and development strategies to stakeholders. –

    Optimize MarkLogic configurations for performance and scalability. –

    Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery processes. –

    Qualifications- - Proven experience as a Technical Lead with extensive knowledge in MarkLogic development. –

    Strong understanding of database structures, theories, principles, and practices. –

    Ability to design and implement complex MarkLogic-based solutions. –

    Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines. –

    Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to mentor and guide team members. –

    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience in a fast-paced development environment. –

    A commitment to quality and a thorough approach to work.
