About the Role

We're looking for an outstanding, enthusiastic, and curious individual to work in our operations department, alongside our technical team. This is an amazing opportunity for an entry-level position in the high-tech industry.


You will be responsible for:

• Ownership, supervision, and guidance for ongoing technical maintenance and repairs.
• Coordination of resources to ensure successful installation across the country.
• Ordering, shipping, and logistics from domestic and foreign partners.
• Supervision and inventory control for US based warehouses.
• The installation of the units to new building openings for our clients.

The Technical Lead will report to Senior Leadership in the US.

• Assist with coordination and execution of installation schedule
• Ensure all technical tasks are completed prior to installation
• Collaborate with internal and facilities teams to assure smooth implementations.
• Collaborate on FF&E products sourcing, delivery, and installation and assure it is done in a timely manner and high standard
• Work with external contractors, vendors, and internal teams on remote site openings & technical maintenance
• Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
• Assist with logistics and management of US based inventory and warehousing solutions
• Gritty and eager to roll up your sleeves to solve issues
• Basic understanding of technical systems routers, switches, systems, etc.
• Ability to troubleshoot, repair or replace faulty equipment
• Good working knowledge of computer systems
• Eager to learn, develop and become a crucial part of the local team
• Experience managing facilities, supply chain, logistic planning projects
• Strong problem solving abilities
• Sense of urgency and a go getter
• Technical skills
• Strong communication skills
• Be able to travel around the Tristate area and also outside the Tristate area up to 10% of the time
• Startup experience
• Familiarity with Raspberry PI \other Linux OS
• Experience supervising a small team of technicians/ construction/ facilities and managing external contractors and vendors a plus
• Experience as a technician/ systems Installer
• Experience as a handyman
• Examples
• Diagnosing and resolving network issues.
• Building objects in DB
• Replace faulty equipment
• Assist to fields operation with tech tasks

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
