Responsibilities:

Develop and articulate the overall AI/ML strategy for the organization.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and align AI/ML initiatives accordingly.
Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and other technical professionals. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, ensuring effective communication and knowledge sharing.
Oversee endtoend AI/ML projects, from conception to deployment.
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of highquality solutions, meeting both technical and business requirements.
Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and methodologies.
Provide handson technical expertise, guiding the team in the design and implementation of robust and scalable AI/ML systems.
Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain code quality and adherence to best practices. Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of AI/ML models.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including product management, data engineering, and business stakeholders.
Lead the resolution of complex technical challenges, utilizing a problemsolving mindset and leveraging expertise in AI/ML algorithms.
Ensure comprehensive documentation of AI/ML models, algorithms, and systems for knowledge transfer and future reference.

Qualifications:

Graduated in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
Required Visa Status
:US Citizens or Green Card Holder:
Proven experience
(3-6 years) in AI/ML development, with a focus on leadership roles.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying AI/ML models at scale.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid understanding of software engineering principles and best practices.
