    Job Summary:


    Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team on a PRN (as needed) basis.

    As a Part Time PRN PT, you will provide top-notch rehabilitative services to our patients, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to help improve their overall physical function and quality of life.

    Compensation & Benefits:


    The PT PRN position at Interim HealthCare of Fenton, MO offers a competitive compensation of $50 to $65 per visit, paid weekly.

    In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package for our full-time employees including healthcare benefits, paid time off, and retirement savings options.


    Responsibilities:

    • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans
    • Administer and monitor therapeutic exercises, activities, and interventions to improve patients' physical function and mobility
    • Educate patients and their families on proper rehabilitation techniques and selfcare practices
    • Maintain detailed and accurate patient records and progress reports
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and effective care for the patients
    • Provide guidance and supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and support staff as needed

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
    • Valid and current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of Missouri
    • CPR certification
    • Prior experience in a clinical setting preferred
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Must pass a background check and drug screening
