Overview

BJC Home Care offers a wide range of home care services, from skilled nursing to hospice and rehabilitative therapy. They also provide specialized programs for conditions like asthma, diabetes, and cardiac issues.

Operating across Missouri and Illinois, BJC Home Care is the largest home care network in the region. The Metro St. Louis Intermittent Home Care Department caters to patients in the St. Louis area with round-the-clock nursing care.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Deliver direct patient care to individuals at home, following physician instructions and providing physical therapy services.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement treatment plans
Collaborate with patients and healthcare professionals
Delegate tasks effectively
Ensure proper documentation
Conduct assessments and consultations

Education

Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy (PT)

Experience
