    Work Schedule

    • Full-time
    • Day shift from 8a-4:30p
    • Weeekend/Holiday rotation required

    Overview

    BJC Home Care offers a comprehensive range of home care services to patients and their families. This includes skilled nursing services, adult and pediatric hospice, rehabilitation therapy, and more.

    BJC Home Care caters to numerous patients across Missouri and Illinois, making it one the largest home care networks in the region and country.

    The Metro St. Louis Intermittent Home Care Department at BJC Home Care Services provides home visits to patients in the St. Louis area with 24-hour on-call nursing supervision.

    Preferred Qualifications

    Responsibilities

  • Provides direct patient care activities in the home environment
  • Assesses, evaluates, plans treatment, and supervises physical therapy practice

    • Minimum Requirements

    Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (PT)

    • Experience

  • No prior experience necessary

    • Supervisor Experience

  • No prior supervisory experience needed

    • Licenses & Certifications

  • Valid Driver's License
  • Physical Therapist License
