This role involves providing physical therapy services to outpatients with physical impairments, focusing on improving functionality and reducing pain. The department is staffed by skilled physical therapists and assistants.

Preferred Qualifications

Role Purpose

Deliver expert physical therapy services to patients, covering all aspects of evaluation and treatment.

Responsibilities

Establish treatment plans and provide care, considering discharge needs and patient's functional status
Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers, making referrals as necessary
Delegate tasks to assistants and techs, ensuring patient needs are met
Complete documentation as per departmental policies
Conduct assessments and consultations for Physical Therapy Services
