    Additional Info About the Position

    St. Louis Children's Hospital is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to work primarily with a Neuro/Developmental caseload.

    • $2500 Sign-On Bonus
    • Outpatient setting within a hospital
    • Monday – Friday schedule (with 2 late days for early evening appointments)
    • Weeekend/holiday inpatient rotation required
    • Previous experience is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome

    Role Summary

    The role involves providing expert physical therapy services to patients, encompassing evaluation and treatment.

    Responsibilities

  • Developing treatment plans and delivering treatment, taking into account discharge requirements, expected functional status upon discharge, and necessary equipment and supplies.
  • Educating, collaborating with, and consulting patients, families, and healthcare providers, and suggesting referrals to specialists as needed.
  • Assigning tasks to assistants, technicians, and students through written and verbal instructions, determining the necessary skills for optimal patient care.
  • Completing documentation following departmental guidelines.
  • Conducting assessments, reassessments, and consultations for Physical Therapy Services.

  • Bachelor's Degree - Physical Therapy (PT)

    • Experience

  • No prior experience required

    • Supervisor Experience

  • No previous supervisory experience necessary

    • Licenses & Certifications

  • Active Physical Therapist License

  • Master's Degree - Physical Therapy (PT)
