    Our client, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their Redwood City office.

    About the Role:

    • Support the firms US law school outreach strategy work closely with the US recruiting team to ensure the firm is well represented at law schools across the country
    • Maintain applicant tracking system
    • Coordinate the planning of the annual summer associate program including an eclectic events and training calendar
    • Coordinate logistics for planning and executing social events
    • Oversee the Summer offer process in close coordination with the Recruiting Committee
    • Serve as a trusted resource to all Summer Associates before, during, and after their time at the firm
    • Collect and review candidate materials and distribute to hiring managers across practice areas as appropriate
    • Coordinate interview logistics including but not limited to sending confirmation emails, calendaring meetings, setting up video links and/or making conference room reservations, preparation of materials
    • Conduct interview follow-up, request and distribute feedback from interviewers
    • Coordinate lateral onboarding in tandem with the greater Firm HR team
    • Develop and maintain relationships with local external recruiting professionals
    • Liaise with the Business Services Recruiting Manager to support all business services hiring activity in the Silicon Valley office.
    • Serve as the recruiting specialist in the Silicon Valley office, greet and shepherd candidates throughout interviews and office visits
    • Respond to questions and requests from candidates, summer associates, attorneys, colleagues in other business service departments and external vendors
    • Monitor budget, expenses and reimbursements
    • Travel as needed, projects as assigned

    About You:

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university
    • 2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm
    • Possesses the ability to work independently and be proactive
    • Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    • Must be a team player and exercise good judgment
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Superior organizational skills and have strong attention to detail
    • Must exhibit a high energy level, be able to work under pressure and have a professional demeanor
    • The ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
