    Our client, a top-tier law firm, is looking for a Senior Legal Recruiting Coordinator to join their Redwood City office.


    About the Role:
    Support the firm's US law school outreach strategy – work closely with the US recruiting team to ensure the firm is well represented at law schools across the country
    Maintain applicant tracking system
    Coordinate the planning of the annual summer associate program including an eclectic events and training calendar
    Coordinate logistics for planning and executing social events
    Oversee the Summer offer process in close coordination with the Recruiting Committee
    Serve as a trusted resource to all Summer Associates before, during, and after their time at the firm
    Collect and review candidate materials and distribute to hiring managers across practice areas as appropriate
    Coordinate interview logistics including but not limited to sending confirmation emails, calendaring meetings, setting up video links and/or making conference room reservations, preparation of materials
    Conduct interview follow-up, request and distribute feedback from interviewers
    Coordinate lateral onboarding in tandem with the greater Firm HR team
    Develop and maintain relationships with local external recruiting professionals
    Liaise with the Business Services Recruiting Manager to support all business services hiring activity in the Silicon Valley office.
    Serve as the recruiting specialist in the Silicon Valley office, greet and shepherd candidates throughout interviews and office visits
    Respond to questions and requests from candidates, summer associates, attorneys, colleagues in other business service departments and external vendors
    Monitor budget, expenses and reimbursements
    Travel as needed, projects as assigned


    About You:
    Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    2-4 years of professional experience in a law firm
    Possesses the ability to work independently and be proactive
    Strong computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Must be a team player and exercise good judgment
    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    Superior organizational skills and have strong attention to detail
    Must exhibit a high energy level, be able to work under pressure and have a professional demeanor
    The ability to preserve confidentiality and exercise discretion
    Able to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines and priorities
