    Position Overview:

    As a Business Development Representative, you will be a part of STGs Global Sales and Recruiting team. In this dual role, youll work with some of STGs largest clients across the globe as well as work to source Global Consultants.

    You will have the opportunity to develop your career in either Enterprise sales or Talent Acquisition, gain global exposure, and strengthen your foundations in sales and recruitment.

    Youll have consistent mentorship from both an Enterprise Sales Director and a Senior Recruiter.

    Your Day-to-Day:

    • Prospect, by utilizing cold calls, multi-touch marketing campaigns, email, LinkedIn, and video to enter into new divisions of STGs current client base, expanding on our current product offering
    • Set up and shadow appointments for the Enterprise Sales Director and Senior Recruiter.
    • Build long-term client and consultant relationships to grow your book of business and consulting network
    • Sourcing for a wide range of talent (both full-time employees and consultants) globally across multiple skill sets
    • Search for and interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, ZipRecruiter, Indeed, etc.)
    • Design and implement effective outbound sourcing strategies fitting each role
    • Utilize different sourcing channels to identify and connect with passive talent on the market
    • Screen candidates utilizing STGs RightFIT Methodology to qualify them for STG Sr. Recruiters/Account Managers
    • Develop talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
    • Promote STGs brand through all recruiting and sales activities
    • Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
    • Maintain candidate databases (e.g. via our Applicant Tracking System)
    • Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities

    Preferred Experience:

    • College Degree
    • 1-3 years experience in retail, hospitality, or recruiting
    • Passionate about meeting new people, networking, sales
    • Experience with social media, and other softwares.
    • Fluent in written and verbal English (additional languages are a bonus)
    • Well organized, like multitasking, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment
    • Self-motivated and enthusiastic team player

    This is a full-time (permanent) job opportunity working on-site at STGs Global HQ, located in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
