    Description

    At Rinsed, we are building software to run the $15bn Car Wash industry.

    We're a B2B SaaS company, providing car washes with all the tools they need to transition to a subscription model. Modern car washes are fully-automated tunnels that can wash over 200 cars/hr, and they are moving from selling single washes to all-you-can-wash subscriptions. We are giving this $15bn underserved market the tools to manage and grow their subscription revenue.

    We are a small team, who just raised our Series B from VMG Technology in addition to our Series A from Founder's Fund and Bedrock Capital. We are currently installed at over 1,800 car washes nationally helping to manage more than 5 million car wash memberships. What we've built so far is just the beginning.     A Day in the Life

    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented candidate who is excited to work at a fast-growing startup. As the Event Marketing Manager at Rinsed, you will be a pivotal member of our marketing team, responsible for organizing and executing conferences and events, fostering community engagement, and driving impactful marketing campaigns. You'll play a critical role in creating and executing in-person ad virtual experiences and will be the leader for one of the most important events of the year, The Car Wash Show.

    A typical day in for this role at Rinsed includes:

    • Plan and execute conferences and events, ensuring they align with Rinsed marketing objectives and target audience
    • Engage with the community to build meaningful relationships and promote Rinsed's products and services effectively
    • Lead and coordinate email and mail campaigns, crafting engaging content that resonates with our audience and drives desired outcomes
    • Manage marketing budgets for various projects and campaigns, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Rinsed marketing efforts
    • Support the VP of Marketing in other marketing initiatives and projects as needed
    About You

    You are an experienced and detail-oriented candidate with a background in event marketing. Your skill set includes managing projects with sizable budgets and cross-functional stakeholders. Your strong project management, attention to detail, and collaborative abilities make you an essential addition to our marketing team. You aspire to be a leader in event marketing, contributing to the Rinsed mission to innovate and set industry standards.

    You bring the following experience and expertise:
    • You have 2-3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on event management, community engagement, and campaign execution
    • Demonstrated success in running conferences and events that achieved measurable results
    • Proven expertise in community engagement strategies and leveraging digital platforms for effective outreach
    • Experience in designing and executing successful email and mail campaigns that generated engagement and conversions
    • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive marketing decisions
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills to work effectively with various stakeholders
    • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
    • Previous remote work experience is a plus, showcasing your ability to self-motivate and manage time efficiently

    Salary Range

    $105,000-$125,000 USD
