- Assist in overseeing and coordinating Executive Office services for both home stadium and away games.

- Collaborate with C-level executives (within the Commanders and other entities) to align the Executive office with broader organizational objectives.
- Foster effective communication and coordination among various departments to enhance the overall owner experience.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Officer to oversee the planning and execution of special events related to games and other team-related activities.
- Ensure that Executive Office services contribute to event success and enhance the experience for all stakeholders.

- Set a high standard for service delivery by leading by example.
- Demonstrate commitment to excellence in interactions with owners, colleagues, and external partners.

- Work within the allocated budget for the Executive office.
- Monitor and control expenses to meet financial objectives while delivering a high level of service.
- Act as a strategic thought partner with the Administrative Officer and other key stakeholders.
- Contribute innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of the Executive office department.
- Regularly assess the effectiveness of concierge services and identify improvement opportunities.
- Implement changes and enhancements based on feedback, industry trends, and evolving owner and organizational needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager, successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, inspiring and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effectively collaborating with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
