Position Summary/Purpose of Position:
As a Digital Marketing UX Designer, you will collaborate closely with our content creators, designers, and marketing strategists to ensure brand consistency and visual identity is maintained across all digital marketing initiatives.
Your ability to translate complex marketing goals into intuitive and user-friendly designs will be crucial in elevating our brand presence and driving meaningful engagement.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, UX/UI Design, or a related field.
Experience:
- 35 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and./or UX/UI design.
- Experience with A/B testing, usability testing, and datadriven design decisions.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Webflow, or Figma
- Strong understanding of usercentered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
