    Description

    Primary Job Functions:

    Engage with prospective clients to thoroughly understand their technical requirements and

    challenges.

    • Ability to identify various channels to sell IT Staff augmentation, Managed Cloud Services and software development.
    • Building relationships with partners to upsell and cross sell.
    • Provide expert advice on the application of our IT services and solutions to effectively address

    customer needs.

    • Customize demonstrations to align with client-specific use cases and requirements.
    • Collaborate with the sales team and clients to design IT solutions that precisely address specific

    business challenges, covering software development, IT staff augmentation, and cloud

    computing.

    • Develop and present detailed technical proposals, encompassing system architecture,

    integration plans, and implementation timelines.

    • Collaborate with our product development teams to effectively communicate customer

    feedback and contribute to continuous improvement in our IT services portfolio.

    • Lead the design and execution of proof-of-concept projects to demonstrate the feasibility and

    value of our software development, IT staff augmentation, and cloud computing solutions.

    • Create and review technical documentation, including proposals, statements of work, and

    solution architecture diagrams, specifically tailored to our IT services offerings.

    • Ensure accurate and detailed documentation of customer requirements and proposed IT

    solutions.

    • Demonstrate the ability to carry and achieve assigned quotas in collaboration with the sales

    team.

    Skills Required:

    • Proven experience of at least 5 years in a Sales Engineer/Pre-Sales Engineer role, preferably in

    the IT services industry.

    • Proven relevant experience in Channel Sales Partnership in IT services industry.
    • Strong technical background with expertise in software development, IT staff augmentation, and

    cloud computing.

    • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
    • Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
