- Partner with key stakeholders across the business, eliciting trust, building relationships and credibility to develop an in-depth understanding of the business and work done.
- Create and execute strategy for talent acquisition to meet growth plans and proposal and contract awards.
- Provide guidance and set process to meet all federal, state regulations and policies regarding talent acquisition, hiring, OFCCP and EEO.
- Responsible for the people leadership of the talent acquisition team, including developing both individuals and the team creating a culture of accountability, continuous development, and collaboration.
- Develop and implement strategy for using external partners to augment and support internal efforts as needed.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies with an emphasis on proactively attracting talent and providing excellent candidates and internal customer experience.
- Hands on sourcing and recruiting for corporate roles.
- Evaluate key data and metrics to assess talent acquisition team performance including baselines and production measures through best practices.
- Collaborate with the HR function on talent acquisition topics as appropriate. (e.g., new hire requirements, compensation, etc.)
- Identify and incorporate best practices, new trends and innovative tools and technologies to support recruiting efforts.
- Minimum 8 years full life-cycle recruitment experience in progressive, fast-paced environments including government consulting or contracting.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience managing talent acquisition teams and building high performing teams.
- Understanding of cleared recruiting and associated regulations and requirements.
- Experience creating and executing successful employment brands.
- Demonstrated deep knowledge of sourcing channels, basic Boolean search, passive candidate generation and pipelining.
- Demonstrated understanding and knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment best practices and current trends.
- Experience creating and executing successful employment brands.

You will have responsibility for the complete lifecycle recruitment process including candidate sourcing and assessment, hiring practices, compliance and effective advertisement and employer brand development as well as leading a small talented team of recruiters. You will collaborate with the business to deliver high quality talent for current government contracts as well as proposal recruiting efforts and strategy, organizational talent forecasting, and talent pipelining.
