About the role:

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a critical role in the planning, development, and execution of recruiting strategies in order to attract, proactively build, and maintain a quality talent pipeline.

This position reports directly the Manager of Talent Acquisition, and will also be tasked with developing relationships with key stakeholders across the business in order to promote a top-tier internal recruiting function.

This is an exciting opportunity to collaborate and help build Eagle Creek's internal talent acquisition department to support a growing business.


What You'll Do:


  • Provide fullcycle recruitment efforts for Eagle Creek's corporate and operational departments.
  • Work directly with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies which ensure effective sourcing and retention of top talent.
  • Manage the entire recruiting and hiring processes:
  • Facilitate interview scheduling and provide guidance to hiring managers throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Assist in newhire onboarding (background checks, reference checks, drug screen administration, etc.).
  • Assist in quarterly talent acquisition metric and KPI reporting.
  • Other additional duties as assigned.

What skills and experience you'll need:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • At least a year of professional experience in staffing, human resources, or corporate recruitment.
  • Recent experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, including hiring for nonexempt, exempt and leadership positions highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, etc.
  • Basic working knowledge in all stages of recruitment such as sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as an aptitude for networking and relationship building.
