Overview:
This position is responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, and licensing process for Admiral Security Services' Mid-Atlantic North Division.

Responsibilities:

Work with managers to fill vacancies as they occur. Maintain Vacancy Tracking Logs.
Assure vacancies are closed quickly (not to exceed a 30day period).
Meet all established recruitment goals for the quarter/year.
Work with operations managers on recruitment plan for new contracts.
Post openings in with professional organizations and in other position appropriate venues.
Utilize the Internet for recruitment
Create and maintain monthly recruitment calendar, outlining external and internal recruitment fairs/interviews.
Partner with Administrative Assistant to complete new hire and employment paperwork (i.e. hiring sheets, transfers in BOETA, status changes, etc.).
Ensure all aspects of onboarding are completed prior to new hires beginning to train
Responsible for all aspects of licensing
Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

High School Diploma + 6 years recruiting experience, associate degree + 4 years recruiting experience or bachelor's degree + 2 years recruiting experience
3+ years of HR recruitment experience in security recruiting preferred. Security recruitment will be considered in lieu of years of experience.
Must be very organized with superior attention to detail.
Must have a good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Word.
Must have experience recruiting virtually as this position recruits across 4 states.
Must have experience recruiting through social media.
Must have experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (iCIMs preferred).
Must be flexible and willing to work weekends and some evenings as needed.
Must have excellent customer service skills.
