- Utilize strong listening skills and probing questions to identify the customers concern and evaluate their needs
- Use strong communication skills to communicate/empathize with customers, while building trust and handling objections within a conversational call flow
- Close pest control sales via the telephone and schedule the initial service
- Perform outbound calls to customers to follow-up on service received and regarding outstanding customer account balances
- Pay of USD $ $20.00 hourly

- Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills in various software and web-based applications
- Strong attention to detail and follow through
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check required
- Must be comfortable sitting at a desk and working with a computer, keyboard, telephone, and other office equipment for extended periods of time.
- Be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
