- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
- Provide payroll information for calculation of Worker's Compensation premiums
- Assist with the premium auding process by providing information regarding account history
- Gather and analyze internal and external data to support the program
- Manage incoming calls from internal and external customers in a call center environment
- Assist with questions/concerns
- Daily processing and review of customer payroll information submitted via internal systems
- Assist with new business and renewal registration
- Assist customers in trouble shooting
- Assist customers or agents enroll and or remove their accounts
- Respond to customer emails
- High School Diploma
- Recent call center experience
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to problem solve and utilize analytical skills
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Self-starter
