    Description

    RemX has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Specialist to join the team of a reputable company located in Richmond, VA.

    Hours: 9 am - 5 pm Monday -Friday (37.5 hour work week)

    90 days in office. After knowledge review will be eligible for a hybrid work schedule

    • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
    • Provide payroll information for calculation of Worker's Compensation premiums
    • Assist with the premium auding process by providing information regarding account history
    • Gather and analyze internal and external data to support the program
    • Manage incoming calls from internal and external customers in a call center environment
    • Assist with questions/concerns
    • Daily processing and review of customer payroll information submitted via internal systems
    • Assist with new business and renewal registration
    • Assist customers in trouble shooting
    • Assist customers or agents enroll and or remove their accounts
    • Respond to customer emails
    • High School Diploma
    • Recent call center experience
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Ability to problem solve and utilize analytical skills
    • Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook
    • Self-starter
