Assessment Scheduler


As an
Assessment Scheduler, you will have the opportunity to coordinate the scheduling of assessments for individuals with developmental disabilities with our field team members and provide technical and project administrative support for various contracts/customers.


Hours for Virginia-based role

:

8:00 am - 4:30 pm Eastern Time

Hybrid:
partially home-based and in the Glen Allen, Virginia office.


Essential Functions

:


  • Perform the scheduling of offsite and virtual facetoface assessment appointments coordinating with multiple outside resources.
  • Collaborate with field assessors and coordinates appointments for team member calendars.
  • Communicate with internal/external customers in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate project documentation and prepare correspondence froM/For multiple sources.
  • Provide a basic description of the assessment process to respondents so they understand the duration and purpose.
  • Monitor the status of assigned productivity and confirmed/completed assessments.
  • Report variations or discrepancies to management.

Requirements

:


  • Experience scheduling fieldbased staff (i.e. home health care) and
    coordinating appointments involving multiple parties, such as surgical scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years of experience working in a customer service or healthcare environment.
  • Demonstrated ability working with confidential information and in a deadlinedriven environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and intermediate PC skills.

Must reside within 30 minutes of the Glen Allen, VA Telligen office for Virginia-based roles

Must reside within 30 minutes of the Greenwood Village, CO Telligen office for Colorado-based roles. Pay rate in Colorado will be approximately $20.00 per hour
