    PrideStaff Financial has partnered with our Farmers Branch, Texas client in search of a long-term consultant to support their pricing team as a Pricing Analyst

    • Hybrid (2 days a week onsite)

    In this role, you'll be a key player to optimize sales and profitability through strategic pricing initiatives.

    You'll work closely with the Sales team to craft winning deals, analyze market trends, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.

    Here's what you'll do:
    • Partner with Sales to structure competitive pricing packages and achieve ambitious growth targets.
    • Craft and maintain clear, concise pricing agreements that ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Manage customer interactions and keep all relevant documentation organized.
    • Deliver insightful reports to management on sales and pricing performance.
    • Leverage data analysis to identify pricing gaps and opportunities for improvement.
    • Develop and implement innovative metrics and methodologies to drive sales and profitability.
    • Conduct in-depth analysis to support strategic pricing decisions.
    • Utilize data-driven insights to inform pricing strategies and decision-making.
    • Analyze pricing issues using advanced methods (target variance, win/loss analysis, etc.) and develop solutions.
    • Calculate and submit customer rebates based on individual contracts.
    • Collaborate with IT to enhance reporting tools and data accessibility.
    We're looking for someone with:
    • A knack for problem-solving and the ability to find creative solutions independently.
    • Strong analytical and mathematical skills, with experience handling large datasets.
    • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) to connect with all levels of the organization.
    • Proven leadership and collaboration abilities to build strong cross-functional relationships.
    • The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and deliver results on time.
    • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
    • A clear and concise communication style, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects.
    • A passion for building strong relationships with key partners. (Experience with data analysis tools like SAS/R/Python a plus)
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (relevant experience may be considered).
    • 2+ years of experience in a similar analytical role (preferred).
    • Strong analytical capabilities.
    • Experience with SQL or database queries (desired).
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with advanced skills in Excel and Access.
    Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $ $57.00 Per Hour
