    We are hiring Atkins is seeking a

    Pricing Analyst

    to join our Pricing Team in Dallas Austin or Houston, TX .

    We're looking to join our team will provide pricing support to project teams, with some supervision, in the production project price estimates for diverse scopes and all contract fee types, advising project teams on the best practices of pricing, costing, and controlling projects.

    How will you contribute to the team?

    Coordinate with technical resources for development of pricing proposals (fee & resource workplans) and compiles evaluation documents for business leadership approval.

    Evaluates and quality checks pricing & estimate files prepared by others to ensure appropriate fee for projects.
    Read and interpret contracts and RFPs to develop appropriate pricing approach.
    Evaluates & outlines risks, pricing accordingly through industry-established methods.
    Help maintain and promote company guidelines on estimating and financial evaluation of projects.
    Performs related duties as needed by team and Supervisor.

    What will you contribute?

    Bachelor's degree (a degree with a focus on Finance, Business or Math is preferred) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

    Solid financial modeling skills.
    Advanced MS Excel skills are required.
    Ability to communicate ideas to management and clients both orally and in writing.
    Basic understanding of various contract types (i.e., FP, CPFF, T&M).
    High level of analytical ability.
    Very high degree of teamwork and a commitment to customer service required.
    Self-starter required.
    Must be capable of working with remote teams.
    Certified Cost Engineer desired; PMP desired

    Familiar with the pricing requirements of FAR Part 31 and other government contract language commonly encountered during pricing and proposal stage a plus.
