    Lockton Dunning Benefits is currently

    seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic consulting team.

    The successful candidate will play a crucial role in developing pricing strategies and models that align with our clients' business objectives and market conditions.


    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Collaborate with project teams to gather and analyze data on competition, market trends, and customer behavior.
    Develop and refine pricing models and strategies using advanced statistical methods.
    Provide pricing recommendations based on detailed cost analysis and profitability forecasts.
    Prepare and present pricing analysis reports to senior management and clients.
    Support the sales and marketing teams by providing insights that inform pricing decisions.
    Build dashboards and exhibits that monitor key metrics and derive insights for a wide range of audiences
    Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity testing to evaluate the impact of pricing changes.
    Monitor ongoing pricing strategies and make adjustments in response to market changes and business priorities.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements related to pricing.
    Qualifications

    EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND SKILLS REQUIRED
    Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field.

    2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, financial analysis, or a similar role, preferably in a consulting or corporate setting.

    Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
    Experience with statistical modeling and forecasting techniques.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
    Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
    Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
