**Job Description**
The Consumer Replacement Tire Retail Marketing team is accountable for leading and executing customer and channel-specific marketing plans. The Associate Retail Marketing Manager is accountable for leading channel-specific marketing initiatives that engage consumers while driving them to conversion, and drive recommendations for our brands with dealer sales representatives. This position will collaborate closely with our Sales teams as well as our Brand and Product Marketing teams to create programs that align with objectives to drive profitable volume growth through our independent dealer channel. **Company Overview**

Build and deliver retail marketing plans to drive sales of Bridgestone and Firestone consumer replacement tires in the independent/local dealer channels through National Promotion calendar as well as stand-alone programs.
Integrate with Brand, Product and Digital Marketing teams in the development and execution of retailer programs with a consistent consumer experience across all touch-points (in-store, mobile, digital, social, etc.).
Manage agency and vendor relationships to deliver programs through strong project management, budgeting, creative briefs from ideation through execution.
Maintain and evolve , plan and activate marketing campaigns, and drive site enhancements/optimization.
Maintain our portfolio of marketing services through Including: services, showroom, brand equity, and third-party vendors (direct mail, media buying, showroom design, etc.).
Coordinate marketing communication to Sales.
Lead the publication of dealer-facing marketing communications.
Establish excellent partnership with key Sales stakeholders to lead and execute customer specific programs.
Complete analysis of program activation and post-program effectiveness.
Collaborate with pricing, distribution, and sales to make informed business decisions.
Manage financial budget for Retail Marketing Team
**Qualifications**
Bachelor's degree with 3 -4 years of experience; or advance degree with 1-2 years of experience.
