    Responsibilities/Duties

    The Purchasing and Construction Coordinator is a full-time position that requires a high energy, detail oriented, highly organized self-starter. Some degree of experience, knowledge and interest in construction and vendor management expected.

    Needs to work well independently as well as collaboratively and dedicated to being a crucial component to the success of the team.

    Candidate will work closely with the Construction Project Coordinator as well as the Operations & Construction Manager to help facilitate the daily operations and long-term goals of the various construction projects from inception to completion.


    This includes but is not limited to:
    Review shop drawings, specification documentation to determine materials needed for projects
    Generate product data and sample submittals in Procore software
    Receive, review, forward and track status of submittals
    Communicate with vendors to procure materials consistent with project needs and timing
    Diligently maintain project documentation and record keeping (POs, invoices, submittals)
    Confirm accuracy of material deliveries in conjunction with Shipping and Receiving and coordinate transfer of materials to jobsites
    Qualifications/Requirements

    2 years' experience in general construction and/or project management
    Ability to read shop drawings, construction documents, and construction sets
    Ability to handle multiple projects at the same time
    Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
    Capable of properly and safely lifting 60lbs
    Experience with Procore Construction Management Software is a plus
    This position requires strong communication skills, verbal and written (email)
    Desire to be part of a team and learn new skills
