Your Role:
Are you experienced in navigating NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) regulations and skilled in building management? We're seeking someone with a knack for swift and effective problem-solving.

Responsibilities:
- Preparing and organizing NYC Department of Buildings (DOB) filing and construction documents, managing building approval and alteration agreement processes with meticulous attention to detail and coordination across multiple parties and timelines.
- Collaborate with architectural filing team on building plans and DOB approvals, conducting onsite reviews of existing conditions.
- Communicate directly with clients during Pre-Construction phase.
- Maintain and update certificates of insurance (COIs) for subcontractors internally and for all buildings, including outreach and upkeep.
- Ensure subcontractors' compliance with CR Solutions, including outreach and upkeep.
- Record and distribute meeting minutes.
- Oversee procurement process, ensuring orders are placed before or early at the start of projects.
- Manage closeout binders, involving filing, sorting, and downloading multiple documents.
- Overseeing tasks for both our main company and its smaller cleaning subsidiary.
Qualifications:
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Techsavvy with proficiency in Asana, MS Office, and Zoom.
- Experience navigating NYC DOB regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment with tight deadlines.

$75, $85,000.00 per year
