    Advanced Brain Monitoring is an established, innovative company located in Carlsbad, CA. We are seeking a Technical Operations Associate who is ready to become a vital team member to launch our new platform and play a pivotal role in our continued growth. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for unlocking the mysteries of the brain.

    Job Summary

    The Technical Operations Associate assists in the development and release of all device and software products and provides customer-faced support. This position works to ensure all software is developed, tested, validated and released according to controlling SOP's. The Technical Operations Associate reports to the Lead Product Development Engineer and assists with client and technical support.

    Primary Responsibilities

    · Work with the team to test and validate software, firmware and hardware and product improvement projects from requirements through deliverables for new and existing products

    · Handling customer technical support cases through phone and email submission

    · Troubleshoot customer problems and assist with customer complaints and corrective and prevention actions

    · Generate return authorizations

    · Support clinical trials and provide verification reports

    · Updating the company website with tech tips and brief documents

    · Conduct cloning of laptops for clinical and medical offices

    · Leverage cloud-based knowledge to optimize infrastructure

    Qualifications/Skills/Interests:

    • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues for electronic devices
    • Ability to organize tasks and maintain a high degree of attention to detail with a sense of urgency
    • Ability to self-manage, multi-task, handle conflicting priorities and adapt rapidly to new projects and deadlines
    • Excellent people and phone skills
    • Ability to combine product knowledge and problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues
    • Intermediate-level computer skills
    • Familiarity with Cloud-based networks

    Education:

    Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.

    Location: Carlsbad, CA

    Due to the occasional tasks that may require close proximity to patients, test subjects, and study participants, this job position requires the individual to be vaccinated against the COVID-19 virus.
