    Are you looking for that rare career opportunity to be part of an industry-leading, product company with a Fortune 100 customer base? F&M Tool and Plastics and our Bella Storage Solution division are seeking a dynamic, high-energy Business Development Professional to join our growing company

    The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful solution selling experience through identifying market size, developing sales pipelines, penetrating and closing new accounts and driving the sales process within a direct manufacturing organization.

    You will be part of a highly focused, customer centric, team where you will be tasked with identifying and closing new business opportunities for the company. This will require developing accurate quotations within company guidelines, building, executing and maintaining a market and product-specific business development plan and staying current with competitive products and technologies. You will need to develop a full understanding of the customer and market dynamics and utilize this data to assist in gaining new business. You will spend a great deal of your time cultivating new business opportunities.

    The ideal candidate will have a BS in Business, Marketing or a technical discipline and a minimum 5 years of successful, progressive sales experience. You must be hard-working, and result-driven, with an executive polish when it comes to oral and written communication, and relish an environment where success is measured on accomplishments as well as the ability to build collaborative working relationships.
