Our team has years of experience building and operating business-critical machine learning systems at leading tech companies like Uber, Google, Meta, Airbnb, Lyft, and Twitter.

    Role Overview:

    As the Head of Demand Generation at Tecton, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth. You will lead the development and execution of comprehensive growth strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, experiment-driven approaches and creative strategies to maximize acquisition and engagement across all channels.

    A successful candidate will have proven experience thinking outside the box, optimizing the ad and channel mix, identifying new channels for growth, crafting compelling marketing campaigns, and enhancing overall customer experiences. You will own the buyer's journey and the metrics across marketing pipeline and conversion, and lead your team to drive the MQL, SQL, and pipeline targets.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.
    • Lead cross-functional teams to optimize the prospect journey and accelerate prospects through the funnel.
    • Experiment with new channels, tactics, and initiatives to drive scalable growth and maximize ROI.
    • Analyze data and metrics to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization.
    • Prioritize and manage resources effectively to ensure the successful execution of multi-pronged growth programs.
    • Communicate effectively and build trust with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and sales teams to align growth efforts with business objectives.
    • Build a high-performing growth team across events, digital, operations, and ABM/lifecycle marketing.

    Qualifications

    • Proven experience in a senior growth role, preferably in a fast-paced technology or startup environment.
    • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven and results-oriented mindset.
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively lead cross-functional teams.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
    • Familiarity with relevant tools and technologies for data analysis and growth optimization.
    • Experience building, managing and developing a growth team.
