    We are seeking an Executive Kitchen Manager (new location coming soon)

    Our upscale casual dining establishment is seeking a passionate and experienced Kitchen Manager to lead the team. This is a significant opportunity for advancement and growth.

    Role Overview: As the EKM, you will be the driving force behind our kitchen operations. Your proactive approach to communication and leadership will be instrumental in upholding our high-quality food standards, maintaining a cohesive team, driving growth, and ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests.

    Requirements:

    • Demonstrated track record of success in a leadership role in the hospitality industry.
    • Passionate about food, service, dining, and the restaurant industry.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and prioritization skills.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead, inspire, and develop a diverse team focused on delivering exceptional guest experience.
    • Collaborate with the management team to improve day-to-day operations.
    • Assist the General Manager in managing financial aspects of the operation.
    • Cultivate relationships with employees to develop trust and maximize teamwork.
