    Description

    Responsibilities

    • Call parents and students in need of tutoring and explain how ClassUp and our service works.
    • Understand the needs of the students, pair them with the ideal tutor and organize trial sessions.
    • Provide educational consultation to potential customers (K-12 students)
    • Help your new customers make the best possible use of our platform and introduce them to our Customer Success Team.
    • Share tips and tricks with your colleagues and bring new ideas to improve our product and internal processes.
    • Be part of the team for the US market - localizing customer communication and adapting internal processes.

    Schedule & Onsite Requirements

    • This job is 40 hours per week. The normal work hours are 10:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday.
    • You may need to work one Saturday per month if business requires. You will have one workday off if that happens.
    • It is an onsite required position and our office is located at 3300 N Interstate Hwy 35, Austin, TX 78705.

    Compensation Package

    • $45,000-50,000/year base salary, depending on candidate's experience level
    • $10,000-20,000/year bonus target, unlimited potential
    • 3% of base salary as 401k match
    • Health insurance 100% paid by the company
    • PTO includes holidays, vacation time and sick time
