    Elire is continuing to expand, and we have an immediate opening for a highly driven Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our technical sales team.

    We are in search of a likeminded individual that has a roll-up the sleeves and get their hands dirty attitude, to help continue to grow , maintain and evolve a highly successful territory.

    Understand customers' business and requirements
    Experience Minimum of 2 years experience in services sales, knowledge/experience in ERP Software is a plus Well-developed people management and mentoring skills Experience with business development or presales support in Software services will be an added advantage Ability to lead and manage multiple teams Experience in people management Experience in proposal preparation for large bids Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Candidate should possess a working knowledge of a Customer Relationship System.

    Knowledge of is a plus.
