- Create the fun in the community by planning and hosting quality social events
- Develop a monthly calendar of events
- Provides a Warm Welcome and Fond Farewell to all residents and their guests
- Provide knowledgeable and comprehensive information about the surrounding areas
- Interaction with clients showing genuine sincerity and appreciation
- Advise residents and guests of any appropriate rules and regulations established by the management of the property
- Present a professional appearance by adhering to Company Uniform and Grooming Standards
- Perform at the highest level of Customer Service and always looking for ways to "Wow" all clients by exceeding their expectations and striving to provide aggressive hospitality
- Proactively ensure a smooth operation and service experience by effectively communicating with property management and residents/guests
- Adhere to all Company Polices as indicated in Employee Handbook and Property specific regulations
- Knowledgeable of all emergency and safety procedures
- Passion for event planning, health, and wellness
- Must have an outgoing personality
- Must be hospitality driven and offer any necessary assistance to clients and guests
- Must possess the ability to multi-task
- Must be able to proactively learn about all events, happenings, restaurants, etc. in the local neighborhood
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel) and the Internet
- Professional phone skills
- Ability to prepare routine administrative paperwork
- Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions
- Minimum 2-3 year experience in residential event planning/management is a plus

Job DescriptionJob Description- Front Desk Associate / Event PlannerNFC Amenity Management is searching for a Front Desk Associate / Event Planner for a Luxury Residential Concierge in Long Branch, NJ. The Concierge will assist with event planning for the residents, create a sense of community, and ensure exceptional service. A Concierge is responsible for maintaining the "hub" of the building lobby and upholding our 5 Diamond Customer Service Standard while carrying out all workplace expectations and policies.
This position is Thursday - Monday, 12:00pm - 8:00pm. (Days off: Tuesday and Wednesday)
