HOURS:

This role is part-time with about 10-15 hours per week.

  • Evening shifts (37) and Weekends Needed

REQUIREMENTS:


  • Must communicate professionally and effectively to clients and colleagues verbally and in writing
  • Previous Sales experience preferably in a fitness setting
  • Previous Customer Service experience
  • Proficient computer skills
  • Good working knowledge of social media to be able to post and engage members and prospects

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Provide great customer service
  • Execute sales process of lead generation, follow up, and close
  • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the club
  • Other duties as assigned

COMPENSATION & PERKS:


  • This position offers an hourly rate and commission paid on sales
