We are looking for a motivated, positive individual to provide service to our guests in the exciting field of general aviation.

A successful desk associate at Wisconsin Aviation welcomes and directs visitors/customers with a smile You communicate in person and utilize telephone and uni-com systems.

Customers have a question, you have an answer We are a family-owned company looking for someone who is a team player.

As the first point of contact for clientele arriving at our FBO, you are responsible to provide professional, friendly services.

We are currently looking to fill a part-time position for 3-4 days a week, weekend availability is a must.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Welcoming with good communication skills
Working experience in guest services preferred
Working knowledge of payment collections and customer accounts preferred
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent
Must have a valid driver's license / clean driving record

Position Requirements

Dependability:

Ability to multitask along with accuracy is a must
Occasionally lifts, carries or otherwise moves and positions objects weighing up to 25 pounds. Bends, stoops and crouches occasionally.

Perform quality work within deadlines with or without direct supervision
Interact professionally with other employees, customers and suppliers
Work effectively as a team contributor on all assignments
