    Learning and Development Coordinator

    Pay Range: $28-30 / hour

    Location: Alameda, CA

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and support the development of training initiatives.
    • Manage, track, and pull reports related to employee training.
    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify training needs and emerging trends.
    • Develop tailored Training Programs aligned with organizational objectives.

    Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills, adept at engaging diverse audiences.
    • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs.
    • Familiarity with budget management within a training context.
